Ess VT650 belt issue, breaks the serpentine

Hi, just wondering if any of you guys with a vt-650 are having issues with the serpentine. I have gone to 3 belts all ready. the pullies are all fine no marks or wabble movement. New tensioner. I think the belt moves from the pullies with hard wot. Thinking of putting a extra idler in the supercharger plate adapter. Any suggestions is getting really frustrating with the car.

What is the condition of the broken belt?

Clean break?

Are the ribs heavily worn on one side?

Where are you getting your belts from? Might want to try another manufacturer.

Sounds like something is. It lined up. If the bracket is not flat in line with the rest of the pull-ups it will break beats. Also if you tensioner is in it ways out and the belt it slipping it can break it.

Tensioner is new and the belt has less 1k of use.

Have you replaced the pulley on :the blower recently? Is it actually a 650 kit or a smaller pulley 625kit?

No its a vt650 kit. The problem ended been the tensioner was bad. Brand new and came bad very fast. Already reinstall a new one and problem solved. thanks all for the help.
