Hard to get reference points for where you're placing the tires on the other side of the car. My opinion has always been that I should be able to see my side mirrors (or rear view mirror), my hands, the gauges, and the fenders.

A friend of mine has tested the RAM brand mounts on his supercharged Huracan at 200mph so I think I trust it pretty well for the rear quarter mount too lol
If you have no where else to mount rear quarter glass is good. Yes there's a blind spot but I'd rather give up the blind spot for a view of driver inputs.

I bought an element fire extinguisher today. Very light weight and something good to keep in the car.
I had a bulky abc extinguisher that I had the intent of installing, but the reality is I'll probably never get around to it. This one makes it much easier.

Second camera - if your primary camera doesn't catch hour hands than that would be my first choice even if it is a window mount to do it. If you have a 6spd then the 2nd camera setup on your feet could be useful/cool to see. After that would do rear facing.
Like Kelse92 I have never had an issue with the suction cup mounts - they work very well. Low on the front bumper is a cool perspective, just no bump drafting that session. Fender cam can be cool too.

A ton of chicken with skin. You know those Costco 3 packs? I had 4 of them on there. It seemed like a good idea at the time, that's all I've got to say about that
I left it on high, went to work some more and before I knew it, the whole thing was on fire. Turned off the gas and it was still on fire and wouldn't burn out. I took the burnt chicken off but enough grease had caught fire for it to just keep burning. The grease holder also caught fire. I was close to using a hose, but then thought the grease would just keep burning. I used the Element instead and it worked very well. Good stuff. As a non-American, grills are pretty rare in my country so I'm living life on the edge over here.

I eat bacon at my sister's in Canada, they do it on the pan, wonderful stuff. Never tried it on a BBQ but seeing my limited success... I should refrain myself

For us, bacon is bacon, the smoked belly meat.
