The odds of winning this drawing are always 1:175,000,000, assuming you buy 1 ticket.

The odds don't change based on how many tickets are purchased or when the jackpot gets bigger. It was also 1:175,000,000 when the jackpot was $20m.

If you purchased 175,000,000 tickets with all different the possible different combination, you would win. Problem is, they don't only sell unique tickets.

If 175,000,000 tickets are sold, there is only a guaranteed winner if every ticket is unique.

That said, statisticians think there is a ~95% someone will win this drawing based on the amount of ticket activity. Of course, they have no way of knowing if all combinations were exhausted.
