2011 M3 e92 dealer trade in value

Thinking about trading in my e92 M3, 38K miles no navigation, manual seats base model, M220 wheels, space grey in excellent shape no accidents.
What should I settle on when trading for a 2003 911 Turbo, excellent shape with 60K miles?

Does Florida law allow you to only pay sales tax on the price delta between the two vehicles?

If the answer is No, and you need to pay sales tax for the full sales price of the Porsche, then you are almost certainly better of selling the E92 private party (likely low-mid 30's range). I doubt the dealer will give you more than 27-28 for your car.

Sales tax is on the balance difference after the trade in. Dealer would only offer 24k for the M3. Balance after the dealer $800 + non tax fees of $450 would be 32k and some change.
Really hard to substantiate 32k on a 16 year old car.

That’s a lot of coin for a 996 Turbo, I wouldn’t even do a straight trade for it considering you have a rare low mileage e90.
