Sam, did you order any of the KW V3 coilover for non EDC cars (not club sport)? The USA website still does not have the E92 m3 as a option.

I have a hunch that the V3 club sport w/EDC version for the m3 is just an error fault plug for EDC not integrated to work with it (ala M5).

BETTER NOT BE! I sent them an email to hopefully get an official answer. I will post the response when it comes in...

swamp may have been right all along, perhaps I'll be the one who gets "served" after this is over...

The Variant 3 setup comes with isolator units that plug in, in place of the factory EDC so that no EDC malfunction faults come through the ECU/Dashboard. Basically, if you install Variant 3 you are getting rid of EDC. Springs are for me all the way when my car arrives that way I get the best of both worlds, lowered/more aggressive stance and EDC. Hope this answers your question....OC Kid....

Currently only EDC cars as we have not had inquiries for non-EDC.

We have the application on the dealer price list.

Yes, KW for EDC eliminates the EDC function but there is no fault code.

Foot in Mouth...Eating my words....Official apology to swamp...

swamp was right!

I stand corrected. All of the information I have gleaned confirms what swamp had mentioned earlier. I was wrong to jump to a conclusion about the KW's and their adaptability to the OEM EDC. I hereby offer my humble apologies to swamp for calling him out on this.

So, from the looks of it, I'm the one who got served.

Now the question is: should I even be holding on to any hope that "BMW Performance" will come out with a solution?
