Higher usual RPM at idle

I noticed that for past couple days the rpm at idle is just slightly higher than usual— about halfway between 500 and 1000 when it's usually just a tick above 500. Almost as if the AC is on (it's not). I also heat some whining noise from the engine when accelerating. Could this be idler pulley issue? No codes per Carly. Thanks

Adaptations for o2 and cats..will solve your problems if not ,,,,then your o2 is dying or cats problems .
