Öhlins adjustment question

Stupid question for those who have Öhlins. In the rear, I have the preload on the spring set to the 37mm that the instructions state is recommended. I'm trying to adjust my ride height and I've lowered it as much as the shock/coil will go with no difference in the ride height. Do I need to adjust preload as well to lower the height?

Yes, you would need to adjust the preload of the spring on the rears. Setting the preload of the spring to 37mm as per Öhlins instructions lowers the car 20mm from factory ride height.

Another stupid question.... is this the correct position for the strut and endlink? When I turn the wheel even with my hands I can see the endlink flex a bit.

The rear is just an adjustable perch, it doesn't preload anything like the front does despite Ohlins referring to it as the preload adjuster in the manual.

That is what sets your height, if it no longer has an impact on height then there is something else up. Check the shock height per the specs in that manual.
