Decal prep?

I want to put the nurburgring decal I got while in Germany on the bumper and I didn't know whether I should do that after I get the car detailed or before or whatever so the decal adheres well and stays on as long as possible. Thanks.

If the sticker is white, it looks quite good on the rear window located at the bottom of the window centered above the trunk lid.

I have a small white one for the window or a medium size in black for the bumper. Not sure which to use yet.

I would do window. Less chance of it falling apart or getting ruined somehow
