My basement is not nearly as big as the OP's, but it was still big enough to split into 3 sections: one part is a 2-car garage, another part is my lounge & gym, and the last part is my workshop. My wife and kids don't go down there unless they're looking for batteries or a light bulb =p I actually prefer mine to be honest. This one here is all show, but is not practical. Where are all the tools? With that much space I'd put in a lift and a wash bay too. I give him props for designing it to be so beautiful though. Easily the best looking man cave I've seen.
