SAMM3Y, thanks for alerting us to the recent history of this apparent raging bargain. I should have smelled a dead fish when there's a shadowy dude lurking in the money shot. This also explains, "I DON'T NEED HELP SELLING IT," or similar. And English majors, please forgive my mixed metaphors.

DISCLAIMER: I am not the seller, nor do I know him, her, or them. My bad for giving this rogue publicity.
Haha, no worries I love it. A little forum detective work can pass some time these days.. let's email him for the vin to see if it's the same car.

It's the same car. Same photos in Craigslist and your research. He paid $20K and wants $40K. I vote for jail time.

Slightly deceptive - 14 interior shots, 3 of which are a ///M steering wheel, and 2 exterior shots from the same angle.

I thought Alcantara was 'spooked to go on the inside

Full Alcantara EXTERIOR wrap. Ironically, not a trace of alcantara for the interior. Guess that would be too much?

That and the plate.

If a bird poops on it, do you dry clean it or re-wrap it?

I'm maybe 90% on this being a scam? The language just seems a bit odd, and I'm guessing he'll want a deposit of some sort before he "can coordinate a flight back to the states to have a test drive before purchase".

I called and spoke with the guys back in Feb. The car has been in a couple of accidents. I dont think they were bad, but still. Not worth going through stuff like that wh ed n trying to sell. Not sure how I'd feel about tracking something like that either.

This is probably the most hideous and offensive M3 mod I have ever seen! I can't believe a person put time and money towards this type of rubbish. I understand people's taste is unique but man that is HIDEOUS!!!!!

Agree. To each their own but sometimes I just don't get it. How do you even take care of that?

What actually caught my eye on the thumbnail originally was how black it looked. That finish totally absorbs all light, like a black hole.

Alcantara is a fancy brand name for fake suede, it's very durable, that's why they make cheap couches out of it. You could hose that off and wash it with a soft brush no problem. Definitely catches the eye and gets your attention with the light absorbing black. I'd scotchgard the whole thing and watch the water bead off! 😂

And dood did it for the 'gram

Excuse me, that is THE hero car featured in a random DJ Khalid music video. Have a little respect!

Maybe one day I can own such a prestigious car.
