63NP,

Amazing conversion. Couple of questions though...what details do the DVLA have for the car? How did you explain the conversion to them? Furthermore, how did you explain this to your insurance company? Did you tell them it's a modified 318 or what???

Other than the wheels being a little large for my tastes, the car itself is awesome.

Hi,
thanks for your comments.
i can't change whats on the logbook apart from the engine cc(which i've done). as for insurance they know what it was and they know was it is, if they didn't it would be void...
i've got OEM 19's powder coated black, it looked nice but being an estate it can handle/neededs 20's, plus everybody has 19's...

This thing is perfect!!

I actually prefer that to the E92 & E91 M3's just cos it looks so evil and squat at the rear!!

With audi making the RS4 estate (wagon!!) ... BMW should have bitten the bullet.

The colour scheme def adds something to it.

Sorry...but why would you drive a truck?

If I was the lucky bloke to have an e91 M3, its because I need to put my wheelchair somewhere.

We all have our reasons.

Purist must be a new word for A$$. This is a real piece of work, a trememdously capable engine/transmission into a station wagon. I have seen previous M versions of wagons in Germany. A real car enthusiasts treat, regardless of whether it is a station wagon or what. Good job, trememdous work. I wish I had an ounce of your talent/ability!!!!!
