Just got my AC Schnitzer diffuser

I have had a lot of CF parts on many of my cars (including a VS front lip currently), but the quality of this piece is amazing!! At first look, I thought that it felt so thin that I could snap if I put any torsional force on it. The thing is amazingly strong. No creaks under pressure. No wonder you have to pay nutty prices for AC stuff. Thanks Nick....for making me spend money

Next Saturday. I want to do it now, but I think that I will let the body shop handle it. It is actually glued on with an epoxy they provide, but I am planning to drill three small holes toward the rear as well.

Drilling holes for screws is not needed. The part is so light that the adhesive provided is more than enough. I do suggest that you add some adhesive on the inner edges of the exhaust surround (not suggested in the instructions) for extra rigidity. Make sure that the body shop applies plenty of pressure with clamps and tape during the curing process. This glue takes about 3-6 hours to set. 24 hours to cure completely. Enjoy your new diffusor. It is a stunning addition to the rear lower bumper.

That looks awesome. No silly fin in the middle.

I think this diffuser retails for over $2k.

There are a few on E-bay. One Buy-It-Now price is $1999 (no clearcoat). The other clearcoated one is Buy-It-Now at $2,399. About 4 times more expensive than they need to be, but what do I know?
