Legal Tint!!!!
k so I had a Dr. appointment today for my migranes. I went in and he pulled up my records since I was 11! he's talking to me about what causes them and whatnot. he mentions the sunlight can cause it, so I tell him I had my windows tinted and I got a ticket for it. and he says "I can write you a note and you just take it to court!" so I said really? how dark can I do it legally? he says as dark as you need. So he wrote the note and now I'm going to get some tint all around except windshield I already removed my tint because it was pretty light and I wasn't too happy with it.
How dark should I go?... I had 35% all around but it seemed pretty light. but then again it was cheap tint. If I get quality tint it should be darker at that %.

35% all around would be my vote. Go with F1 Pinnacle Ceramic, it's awesome.

Sun Dimmers for F1 Pinnacle
I had F1 Pinnacle put on my GTI just a few months before I decided to order a new M3. I went to Sun Dimmers in Santa Clarita, and they did a great job on the car. I went with 50 on the fronts and 35 in back. Pinnacle is great for keeping a car cool in the Southern California sun.
LA cops make me nervous. I don't want to give them a reason to approach my car with a weapon drawn just because they can't see me through the rear window when I get pulled over. Plus I think it's unsafe when you can't see through the car in front of you to the next guy in traffic. Just my opinion. . . Cheers! |
