Do you want a 275 that runs wide? Check tirerack for tread width specs on different brands.

This^

Why wouldn't you just run a wider tire if you're looking for a "wider " tire?

Toyo, Falkens, and Federals usually run wide.

The Yoko AD08R runs quite wide. It's effectively a 285.

Buy 285’s that aren’t “semi slicks”

The AD08R is not a semi-slick and is fine for public roads. The R888 is a much more aggressive tire and would not be something I would run on a daily driver.

Do you really need an 11" wheel in the back? Why not just run a 10" wheel which is much easier to find a "reasonable" tire for?

Why not a narrower 285s? Hankook V12's come to mind. Use tirerack and figure out tire specs on different brands. Thats what I do.

Just the same thing happened to a friend in an M4 with a 20 rim .. the 275 was narrow, he bought some Azenis FK510 285 and just now it is about 3cms wider than his previous tire from another brand ..

So I'm thinking of buying in 275 the Azenis FK510

Any experience with them in width?
