Why would you send $90k on this, drive it for like 2k miles and then sell it? Some people may question the price, my concern would be why would someone do this and not enjoy it?

Do it for the love of the build. And it's just like someone buying a brand new car and never driving it....so what point are you trying to make.

Don't understand how you could question the price, are you not familiar with turbo builds or the parts I listed?

Yea, I'll look thru my email and try to dig it up. I believe highest boost was 22psi.

Incredible build. What would be the main goal for the owner of a vehicle like this? 1/4 mile, oval, road racing? Or should it be used as a show piece at car shows? Is it tame enough to be a DD for the right person?

E46 M3's suck from a dig, like most BMWs, so my focus during the build was something for road racing and 1/2 mile roll race events.

The car does have 5 settings which can be changed on the fly, so the driver can take his time getting use to each setting and doesn't have to go full tilt initially.

I did not question your pricing, and my question would pertain if you spent $5k as well. Just wondering why one would build something and not enjoy it?

This is nothing like buying a new car and not driving it and then selling it. You built it, not a factory. I personally would like to enjoy something I built. Unless this is a full time job/hobby which is more like building a house, and in your case a unique house with nothing else like it out there and a limited Buyers pool. Its just a lot of money to invest into a car just to flip. The value of it is what a Buyer is willing to pay, and Seller is willing to accept.

GLWS, you obviously didn't nickel and dime this project. Did you try BaT or another auction site?

Wow, your car is pretty impressive. So is this thing just a crazy motorsport beast on the road? Give us some driving impressions.. I mean, an e46 with 700 hp is..crazy, especially since it's so light. Any 0 to 60 or quarter mile times to share?

Yep, just my occasional weekend warrior road beast and used for a couple roll race events.
