Chicago’s 1st Annual Sleep Out for Homeless Veterans

here are hundreds of thousands of military veterans who spend at least one night a year homeless. This is unacceptable! Men and women who serve this country should never be left out in the cold; they deserve a roof over their head, food in the bodies and the opportunity to have a good job that pays a living wage.

Rags of Honor 1 (www.ragsofhonor.org) partners with organizations and companies that hire homeless and chronically unemployed veterans and assist them financially so they are able to take on a job to develop skills that will help them rebuild their lives. 100% of the money raised or is donated goes to support these veterans

Our 1st Annual Sleep Out for Veterans will take place on February 23, 2018. The Rags of Honor and Veteran Roasters Cup O' Joe teams will be sleeping out on the streets of Chicago to bring visibility to veteran homelessness not only in the city, but nationally. We ask that you make a donation so we can continue to take veterans off the street and provide them not only basic human needs, but also the opportunities they deserve.
