The result: it's absolutely perfect... better than I ever hoped. Minimal change in idle volume.. and normal city or highway driving, I can't tell a big difference at all. Its actually smoother sounding with normal driving. With some throttle and over 4K RPM, it has an amazing tone with some much better volume, but not crazy loud.. hard to describe, but sounds way more refined than I thought it would...I was expecting rasp, but I don't hear much... It barks on downshifts, but it sounds pretty Fn good. When on the throttle, its better pitch/more exotic than I envisioned.. I was expecting muscle car type rough noise, but instead it sounds like an exotic sports car. Absolutely Zero drone from what I could tell at various speeds.. thanks to the added resonators. Also, I don't smell any odors or anything, which I am very happy about...

overall, I'm very relieved and happy with the result. Will be flashing Alpine stage 2 tune tonight for the full experience.
You’re welcome

Would be great if you could nab some sound clips.

Wanted to share my story today.
My 2011 M3 got a 27CE error lately and keeps coming back.
Swapped low-pressure fuel sensor(which cost like $20 on eBay) yesterday and everything is working strong again
Thanks for this community that helped to get through this problem.
I dont even want to imagine how much this would cost if I have the same thing done at dealer.

Changed spark plugs. Managed to do this without removing air cabin filters & tray .

Didn't do it today but....

I started the first round of "paint correction"
Worked on the rear of the car for two days... I have to say, the difference is worth it!
A few more weeks and I might actually finish! Lol

Getting new tires tomorrow.

Also I'm an idiot. I thought I blew the speaker under the passenger seat cause I've been hearing a rattle for a few days. Anyways I checked the other day and saw nothing initially and that worried me cause I have the individual audio and that particular speaker isn't very cheap. Drove the car yesterday and the rattle sounded different, so I checked again under the seat and found the source of the problem. It was a receipt from the local auto store, I don't know how I missed it the first time. I was very relieved to find out I didn't blow the speaker.

Bought a new camera for my wife (canon EOS M6) and took it out for a few photos. Love and hate this camera. Photo quality is quite nice straight out of the box in auto mode with the kit lens. Wonder how much better it'll be with my L lens on it. Also hate this camera because it can do everything my DSLR can do and more for like 1/3 of the price. Now I'm considering upgrading to a full frame mirrorless.

Few photos little to no post editing.

Wife drove while I hung out of the back of our Macan that our friend was driving. Haha...

Not too much orange peel, a little noticeable over the rear quarters. But the shine hides it fairly well. I'm not taking off too much clear coat, just trying to remove some of the swirls and minor scratches.

It's normally advised to use 10L of oil if you're doing the RB Job. At least that's the amount I used.

Also unrelated: I noticed you have a plastic screen before your actual iDrive screen. My car has it but I noticed a lot of cars that don't have it.

ya I added more after that.

For that screen, I got the same question as you! This is my 2009 E90 M3, but my 2011 E92 M3 has no plastic screen protect cover, I can just touch the TFT screen directly.

I am considering to remove that plastic cuz the light reflection is quite annoying me

Im guessing to save more money they removed it. I'd keep it. People clean the screen and remove some of the coating off of it and then it looks all gross.

Mine is an 09 also.

Washed and cheat waxed with new Meguiar's Hybrid Ceramic Wax. Pretty easy to use and car looks great. If it holds, this could really up the car wash game.

Just went and paid for new tires. They're arriving tomorrow.

Currently have Michelin Pilot Sport A/S3+ so I'm sticking with that until I do get new rims.

Also went from a 265/35/R19 to a 275/35/R19 for the Style 220s currently on the car.

Total cost: $869.12CDN or $654.75USD
