I've been trying to get my head around all the specs, for each system, for a while now. Does this make sense? Accurate?

Here is another way to break down the rated power on all of the VT kits. Total power will always be calculated on the baseline power the car makes. The higher your baseline the higher your total will be. Delta gains will always be effected by the exhaust system used, fuel quality and dyno conditions so we try to be conservative in our ratings.

VT1-535 30% increase in power
VT2-550 35% increase in power
VT2-575 39% increase in power
VT2-600 45% increase in power
VT2-625 50% increase in power

In most cases our kits make more than rated power. As shown with this before and after dyno of a customers car with the VT2-625 he made closer to 60% more power.

This is the same manual car from the dyno above VS a NA tuned DCT E92 M3.

Upgraded to a VT2 600, so ECU is heading back to AZ for new software.

We have released a new 550 series to our E9X M3 VT2 supercharger lineup. This new model gives customers wanting to get into the intercooled VT2 series another option at a great price. For a full list of details please visit http://www.esstuning.com/categories/...252dSeries/M3/
So, other then pulley size/boost level, how does this differ from the VT575 kit?

I see a street spec bypass vs a maxflow race bypass setup. How do these differ?

Any other differences?

VT2-575 uses different injectors, pulley, bypass and software than the VT2-550. The injectors and bypass used on the VT2-550 are the same spec used on the VT1-535.
