These have maybe 5 miles on them. Installed them yesterday in preparation for possibly going to a cae shifter but it was a bit much for me and made the vibration more than I was willing to put up with. I took them off same day and put new OEM ones on. These are $119 new so you can save $30 and get basically new ones here. Come with the nuts as well like they arrive new.

Damn, that bad huh? I have the Vibra-Technics. Race motor mounts with my CAE. Considered these to go along with them but may not after seeing these.

Well its all heavily opinionated I suppose but I have a track only e36 that is solid motor, and trans and it isnt as rough as these alone made my e90 with M motor mounts. I REALLY wanted the cae shifter so I am super bummed. Decided to go with a AutoSolutions custom SSK instead.

You could still run the CAE without trans mounts and I drove with my stock motor mounts with zero issues for a week or so without issues.

Cae, Samson, and RTD all say you hade to run poly trans mounts at the minimum but suggest solid or you risk fairly catastrophic damage. If there is any risk I don't want the stress. Also, I track the car a decent amount per year so that will just exacerbate the possibility. I am sure I could get away with it but it will always be in back of my head

Ahh gotcha and thats fair. I haven't seen many people have problems by only running the stiffer motor mounts with stock trans mounts. Then again, I don't track like you so I should be ok. Good information though for others and GLWS.
