"Cammed" Tunes? (vendor Q)

Just out of curiousity, is it possible to do a cammed tune? I noticed on the new Mustangs, guys are actually tuning the car to sound as if it has a big lopey idling cam in it. All done through the ECU, pretty neat. Any possibility to do this on m3?? I know it's purely for sound, but would sound sick. And I can't touch the cost of the Schirck cams right now.

100% full control of cams (well, as much as the vanos system will let you vary cam position, which is certainly not indefinite).

No tuning for sound for me.

But when I make changes to the cam position for akra system and catless cars the sound changes as a positive side note

My buddy wants to do this on his Mustang. Kinda ricey if you ask me. Might as well put an electronic blow-off valve on.

I know there are cheaper and better ways to make power but no other ways to keep the linear power and redline. Stroker peaks power and lowers redline and supercharger as well or keeps the same delivery.
It would involve remote tuning while on the dyno.

In addition, you will kill your cats (if you have them) by doing anything like a fake cam tune.
