Front lip suggestions
Hey everybody,
I'm hoping for some suggestions of where I can find a decent quality CF front lip. I tried a POM lip and it didn't fit very well and ripped off when I was doing an enthusiastic run down the highway. I've been looking and looking, but there seems to be a zillion different people replicating these things and I don't want to end up with another lip becoming Highway fodder. I would appreciate any suggestions that those on the forum have found reliable and well fitting. As a reference, I saw one from Horizon Motorsports that looks good and has actual mounting hardware, but I'm leary of buying from oversees as the last time POM drop shipped from Taiwan it ended up being a nightmare. Thanks in advance for the help everybody. |

Honestly, unless you're going with a RKP or OEM lip, they're all coming from the same place....
If you're going to go with a replica, just find a reputable site that others have used or stand by their products incase you have fitment or shipping issues. With most of these rep lips, it's all about the mounting. Be sure to use both hardware and adhesive and remove the bumper, most people don't use any bolts/nuts or try to mount it with the bumper on the car and that's why they end up falling off or having terrible fitment.
