Anyone in Vancouver that can modify stock exhaust?

wanted to change my exhaust so its a bit louder.

Wanted to get this done:

also wanted to get the stock tips painted in gloss black.

is that vancouver wash? alexshop is somewhere near porland i think and could probably do it.
