Thank you! And I am under the impression that the GT mufflers are different from the GTM.

I thought it did but when I did a search I found that you'd have to cut a portion of the rear brace. If you want to look into it search for a post by osteome in the same forum and he has a pretty detailed description of what needs to be done.

I think gtm is referrred to as their full system? I'm not sure I always wondered too. I know gtc is the quieter muffler and thought gt was just the muffler making the gtm the full setup. Is there any ringing noise with just this muffler? Heard it was a problem somewhere

GT is the first version of the exhaust for the M3 by RPI. the differences between the GT and GTM mufflers can be seen by the entrance of the pipes to the mufflers. the pipe enters the muffler at the corner for the GT whereas the pipe enters directly straight into the muffler from the back for the GTM (when looking at the mufflers from the tips). the x-pipe/front-pipes are the same for both applications (and the GTC) for a full system.

I have this exhaust, and it sounds soooo good. Loud, and aggressive-not obnoxiously loud though.

I love this exhaust too! If I come across a stock x-pipe I might remove my Challenge race pipe and keep the RPI mufflers.
