BE rod bearings in! 62K
Just got the BE/ARP rod bearings combo installed today.
2013, 62K miles, preventative, no prior symptoms, BMW's 10W-60 the whole time. This is what they looked like, no particular order (randomly threw them in a bag and cleaned them off at home): Thoughts?

always heard ppl changing them but never really heard much about its results...I guess it will take some more yrs to get the true result..?

Had mine replaced at 62K also, and mine were in very similar condition to yours. Not terrible at all, but definitely signs of wear.
It's a good job to get done, and will also help you sell the car when that day comes. |
