New Bimmerworld Wheels released!
Have you seen this? It looks like a new Flow Formed wheel option is hitting the market!
I love my TEAL16s but they aren't available in many offsets, now these have many many more! A few weeks ago at VIR I saw them in person, they looked so nice! Getting a set to be able to have 3 sets for the E90! https://www.bimmerworld.com/TA5R-Whe...aign=cta1-tech NEW! BimmerWorld TA5R Wheels Fully-featured wheels at great prices! BimmerWorld is proud and excited to release the newest addition to our wheel line: The flow-formed TA5R, which joins the fully-forged TA16 in our proprietary in-house Technical Alloy (TA) wheel brand. The TA5R has been designed for enthusiasts wanting a strong, light weight and affordable wheel with optimal fitments. Our TA5R is among the strongest flow-formed wheels on the market but with a similar weight to other lightweight track wheels. The sleek design is similar to some current factory designs and the curved spokes allow massive caliper clearance for big brakes. TA5R Features: Strong: 18" wheel exceeds other flow-formed wheels in load rating (720 kg), 17" is equal to or exceeds other wheels (660 kg). The inner lip has been reinforced with more material to avoid bending. Light: 17" wheels come in at 17 lbs, 18" wheels range from low-18lbs to under 21lbs depending on wheel width. Clearance: Huge spoke clearance for big brakes! 17" clears most 355mm kits. 18" clears many 380mm kits. Fitment: E36, E46, E90, E92, F30, F32, F80, F82, F87, Z3, and Z4. Including M2, M3, and M4. Carefully chosen sizes and offsets for both staggered and non-staggered sets. Colors: Silver, Gunmetal, Gloss Black available in all sizes and offsets. Low Price: 17" starts at $250 per wheel. 18" starts at $304 per wheel. Functionality is the most important quality in a wheel to us, and the TA5R fits the bill perfectly, but looks are what push most buyers over the edge. Everyone at BimmerWorld HQ loves the sleek and modern style of the TA5R, and this timeless design looks great on every BMW we've test fit them on. The spokes extend to the outer lip which makes the wheel appear larger. The style alone is similar to the race wheels on our M4 GT4 race car as well as the BMW Style 763M used on the M4CS. Fitment Options We used our decades of experience buying, selling, and using wheels on both the street and the race track to come up with ideal fitments for E36, E46, E90, E92, F30, F32, F80, F82, F87, Z3, and Z4 models. They're available in 17" (8.5" and 9" widths) and 18" (8.5" through 11.0" widths) with various offsets. See the TA5R page for the full list of sizes. Color Choices From an aesthetic point of view, color choice is a close second to overall wheel design, so we have all wheel sizes available in three colors: a bright Silver, deep Gunmetal, and Gloss Black. Strength & Rigidity The barrel and outer rim of the TA5R are roll formed, making it extremely strong and rigid. We've also added extra material to the rim lip for outstanding strength and resistance to bending, as this is where we've seen the most damage in other wheels. Plus, the spokes extend to the lip edge making them even more robust. TA5R has passed SAE testing standards (more rigorous than typical JWL/VIA tests) with some of the highest load ratings for a flow-formed wheel: 660kg/1,455lbs (17") and 720kg/1,587lbs (18"). |

I'm not sure what square setup in 10.5 fits the E90. I run 10.5 square ET27 with a small spacer. I could run 10.5 square et22 for sure, but not sure the fitment exists. EDIT: nevermind I can run the 10.5 ET24 they have Size Offset (ET) Load Rating Weight (LBS) Face Profile 17x8.5 38 1,455 lbs 17.38 standard 17x9.0 42 1,455 lbs 17.60 standard 18x8.5 38 1,584 lbs 19.03 standard 18x9.0 42 1,584 lbs 19.58 standard 18x9.0 31 1,584 lbs 19.67 standard 18x9.5 35 1,584 lbs 19.80 standard 18x9.5 22 1,584 lbs 19.88 standard 18x10.0 33 1,584 lbs 20.46 concave 18x10.0 25 1,584 lbs 20.50 concave 18x10.5 36 1,584 lbs 20.68 concave 18x10.5 24 1,584 lbs 20.72 concave 18x11.0 44 1,584 lbs 20.90 concave 18x11.0 25 1,584 lbs 20.97 concave |
