Lobster Thermidor, Sauteed Asparagus with Morel Mushrooms, and a full bottle of Fiano di Avellino for the appetizer.

If the warden can't source the Fiano, then I'll settle for a Greco di Tufo. If he can't source that either, then I'll wait until he can get his supply problems sorted out.

After a ride on the Cyclone, two Nathan's hot dogs. Light on the mustard and sauerkraut. Large fries with ketchup and a large Pepsi.

And I would want to consume it on the boardwalk overlooking the ocean. And to end it all just walk into the surf without waving goodbye.

Probably large amounts of pasta and bread. Maybe some spaghetti bolognese with meat balls and a loaf of garlic bread. I try to rarely eat that stuff these days because it puts me into a coma and I feel like shit the next day. Two things I will not have to worry about in this case.

i'd probably start with a sushi i recently had called the "escolar "the great white"" (escolar, truffle vinaigrette, potato chip, black truffle shaving), then go for a nice steak, mac n cheese, and a good red wine for main, and top it off with an espresso and a raspberry cheesecake

wouldn't be the worst way to go i guess

At last a considerable amount of toadstool slices with garlic sauce and a bottle of Italian red Primitivo.

I'm a hot dog fan myself. Love Nathan's hot dogs from the store. I'm sure it's nothing like the real thing at Coney Island. Never been but will go one day.

I like mine with mustard, ketchup, and onions.

The dogs at the mother ship are different than the ones you can typically buy. The Coney Island Surf Avenue dogs have Natural Casings. I have not seen those for sale under the Nathan's brand in the supermarkets for a few years now. The Hebrew National Natural Casing dogs are close.

But there is nothing like eating the dogs standing on Surf Avenue. And of course there is nothing in the world like the Cyclone. Ride in the back and the air time is absolutely incredible.

PS-And there is nothing in SoCal like this treat. OTOH, getting a good fish burrito in Brooklyn will take some effort!

It all sounds delicious to me.

Except the fish burrito (think you mean taco). Not a fan of fish.

PS - I do enjoy me some Hebrew National all beef quarter pounders every so often.

That would definitely be your last hour than the day with poisonous mushroom and flavouring.

And of course, you can't recreate that SNAP when you bite into said dog when it is perfectly cooked on those rollers.

Oh princess, Escolar is the fakeout alternative they serve in place of white tuna and can give you some serious shits.
