Correct, GP-Infinitas is the "new" company.
https://infinitas-automotive.com/en/ I called G-Power a couple of years ago to ask for spare parts (not knowing about the split), and all they said was something like "We no longer offer that kit." No mention of where I could locate spares. Total dooshbaggery! A forum member from Bahrain finally clued me in to GP-Infinitas, and spare parts are no problem now. Juicy gossip: My understanding is that the original engineering team spun itself off after a disagreement with the G-Power marketing team.

Also, it looks like their prices went up recently. The SK2CS 600hp kit was around 8000 euro (VAT included) a couple months ago. |

Just had a harrop kit installed. I wanted harrop for the area under the curve, basically usable power at all revs which makes it WAY more fun to daily or semi daily drive. I can see a very high power centrifugal kit putting significantly more load on the motor and car due to the fact that the power comes on at higher revs where the motor is already experiencing higher loads without a blower, then you add the boost.
Supercharging this car is great, feels like a NA V10 now with the harrop. I plan on being more diligent with fluids and plugs and will likely beef up the cooling system. |

Only problem (potential) is passing emissions....that was my biggest headache. Some states have no emission testing, some you wouldn't pass visual inspection. I don't know about Canada....

Where I live in Canada there are zero inspections.

I have 50k Harrop supercharged miles over 6 years and I dont baby the car other than keeping up with maintenance. I redline every time I drive. No issues at all due to supercharging on this car! Just the usual stuff that happens as the car ages. I love it so much I did keep it when I got a 911 Turbo because it still feels analog in comparison. Supercharge and have no regrets! I recommend you do a few things before you SC the car ( rod bearings, fuel and water pump, radiator, brakes) and you should be good to go. Oh, and call Mike Benvo ;-)
