Recommendations for service advisor at Classic BMW?

*Forgive me for the rant*
I've about had it with my current service advisor at Classic. I had heard nothing but good things about Pat Arnold so I started using him when I got my M. The last two service appointments have been a letdown. Both times now I have made my appointment with him and when I get there he is seeing someone else. He always then pawns me off to another service guy. This would be fine but he never makes a point to come talk to me. So I end up checking out and leaving and never say more than 2 words to the guy...
The straw that broke the camels back today was that I clearly told the techs not to wash my car. [Note: my car has never been washed except by hand. Even on delivery of my vehicle it was not washed...] Sure enough the car comes out covered in waterspots washed using who knows what....
**

I have had bimmers my whole life and always enjoyed building up a relationship with my service advisor. Does anyone have any recommendations on a good SA to use at Classic BMW in Plano? One that is well informed (not a bull shitter), friendly to possible mods, and just friendly in nature?

Sorry for your bad experience. I'd recommend Chuong Nguyen or Anselm Ball. Both are great guys and are very good SAs. They're pretty mod friendly too.

Classic sucks all around. Go to a better stealership. I've never had a good experience at Classic.

A little off topic: When I went to buy my M3, Herve called me a "bozo off the street driving an F250 (it was in fact a GMC) who couldn't pay for the car." Randy the SM, blew me off when I brought this to his attention. So, I paid cash at BMW of Dallas instead.

I've always been satisfied at Classic BMW. My bad experience(s) have been at BMW of Dallas.

My Service Advisor is David Adame. You can reach him at dadame@classicbmw.com. He's good.

Wow, sorry to hear that. I, too have never had a bad experience w/Pat Arnold. In fact, the 1st week I had the M & had an issue, he took care of it promptly as well as gave me a very generous gift cert. to a local restaurant for my troubles.

Do you know him personally? He hasn't returned two of my e-mails (almost two weeks now).
