150k mile service

Original owner here, 152k miles later, this car still puts a smile on my face every day.

I'm due for spark plugs and a diff fluid change. Is there anything else I should be doing at 150k?

How about a little more context? What has already been done in terms of maintenance?

I've replaced TAs, ICV, and the fuel breather valve about 20k miles ago. I'm not sure if I need a DCT fluid flush. I'm reading some accounts of it being a lifetime fluid and others saying it needs to be flushed periodically.

“Lifetime fluid” is pure horse shit. Get it done. The fluid and filters are filthy by now and the sucking jet pump is likely worn out. See Deansbimmers post about that service. You want to examine oil filter housing gasket and valve covers. Check for coolant leaks and power steering leaks. Your rod bearings and engine mounts should be changed, I do not believe it to be a myth on S motors. I’ve seen enough of them torn down to form an opinion I’m comfortable defending.

1000% do a DCT fluid job.
Do the filter and the suction pump while you're in there. The lifetime fluid is BS like spammy said.
