Restraint System Malfunction
I currently have a passenger restraint system malfunction code that is extremely annoying, as there doesn’t seem to be any obvious issues. Despite clearing the code this one keeps coming back. I’ve read all of the related threads created by others with the same issue, but wanted to create my own to see if there’s any new information related to the subject, or anyone that can give their two cents on possible resolutions. Using my scan tool the only code present is 93AE, and as I stated before it comes back immediately after clearing. Per BMW NA I do not have any active recalls associated with my VIN. If anyone can chime in I would greatly appreciate any and all opinions and feedback. Thanks for your time
