Increased emissions warning after bettery died

So I didn't drive the car for a few weeks and went to turn it on yesterday and it was completely dead. Threw the battery charger on it for a couple hours and started right up with the SES and increased emissions warning light.

Did some digging around the forum and this could be anything from a o2 sensor/temp sensor to the actuators failing. The only mods I have are Alpine tune, intake, and M Performance exhaust. Is this still safe to drive at the moment? Not sure if the alpine software will let me check codes but I'll give that a shot tonight after work.
