Need new battery - keep getting low warning

This battery thing is confusing me. It's been throwing the low warning for a while now once I shut the car off. I was wondering why my angel eyes weren't turning on when I approached and unlocked the car but I just learned that's what the battery does, shut down some things since it's low. I just had a misfire and was wondering if this was part of it as well so looking to get a new battery.

What are the specs of the aftermarket batteries you guys have bought?

I have no clue what these mean AGM XX AH blah blah.

What do i need to buy? haha any links?

I can't recall the exact part number, but look at the top of your existing battery and get the specs off of it. Advance auto parts carries a direct replacement (they had them in stock at my local store), it was around $200 or so I believe, and they'll give you a credit for your core trade-in.

Depending on the brand of choice or availability, you can search manufacturers.

Below thread has some info, I believe I went with the duralast platinum H8-AGM when I did mine. You can save some dough at autozone.

Picture of your car looks track oriented, so you may want to consider a light weight boi. Peep the below thread, has some info.

Hey. I searched zpost and they have a cool google doc that you can use. I just picked up a battery from Napa (know how Napa know how) that's on the doc.

9848 says it's a perfect fit. 70aH 760 cca

Just got it for $148 plus $18 back when I bring in my old battery so $130. Not bad.

I'm in SoCal and daily drive and was looking at a Mini Cooper battery to save some weight but EAS has been recommending these for years now.

90aH vs 70aH
900cca vs 760cca
