July 9th Buttonwillow Event, who's going?

What's up fellow trackers,

How many here are going to be attending the July 9th Buttonwillow track day?

If anyone here is going, do you guys know how crowded or not crowded it will be?

Love to go and run with a few M3's again!

Hmmmmmmmmm............... I might want to do that BMW CCA one on July 2-3 though. Proper professional instruction and 2 days of tracking sounds tempting in a way. :\

A perfectly stock M3 is too much to handle for most people.

I heard extreme track events might back out of the event.. Speed District might take over that date.. Just waiting on the phone call from the track. Will keep you guys posted.

Aren't you focusing a bit too much on the equipments (hardware) instead of on the lines & techniques (software)? :P

Why is everyone assuming that I won't go if my equipment isn't ready? My comments were two mutually exclusive ones. I am probably going, and I just hope that, whether or not I go, my roll bar will be in by then.

I only didn't go to Big Willow because my replacement tire wasn't in. I have a cut in one of the sidewalls of the tires that I was going to use.

Only reason that I might not go at the moment is because I might attend the BMW CCA one instead, the one that's a week before.

Depending on price.... I'm down to do both days (with you the 9th, and them the 10th)

It's a far drive, so it's worth to do both days IMO

Is this going to be held in similar fashion as Speed District's last event? I was unfortunately unable to go, but I assume there was corner workers, and I know there was instruction available and such?

Smaller sessions and longer runs sounds fun actually. Well, even if it's just Speedventures picking it up, I'd still probably go.
