Let me get this straight... You are swapping out parts designed by some of the top engineers in the world because some guys sponsored by a company told you it's "better??" But when you ask the same guy about tracking, "oh no, I have a kid now" or "I just detailed my car." or "i just got new tires."

I'm told some of the cost savings came from the paint and finishing process used. The build process and material of the wheel is the same aside from the addtional material taken out, and less machining time required to allow for center caps.

ARC-8 all the way! Low cost, durable, lightweight, look great, optimum widths and offsets for our cars, easy to get replacements and clears Stoptechs.
I run 10" front and 10.5 rear with 275/35 and 285/35. I couldn't be happier even if I spent twice the money! |

I'd go with the ARC8 and spend the savings on something else to make your car go faster. I run them in 18 x 9.5/10.5 on my E90M3 and 17 x 9 on my E36M3.
