Great News guys.

One of the Manufactures is finishing up the sample, and i'm waiting on the other manufacturer to complete the other. Please note both samples are different designs and different piping size.

Also note that the tips are just samples and i'm going to be testing multiple styles of tips. I prefer a Straight cut tip on the E9x M3 instead of the angled.

Also note that this sample has a very sleek elegant finish from being sandblasted/titanium looking finish which is a premium option that the factory did for me.

Wow looks good. Put some larger tip and powder coat it black and I might be sold on it.

Looks good! Couple comments questions...

1 that driver side tip set up looks reversed
2 will the final product fit e90?
3 looking for a zero drone set up when valve is closed. Does your design aim for this?
4 straight cut is good. Can you add a carbone fiber tip or black tip?
5 would probably get test pipes on oem mid pipe and run your exhaust.

Keep up the good work!

Thanks!

1. Tips look off in photos. Everything will be straight once I receive. I also mentioned that it looks off but could be from the tips not being fully on. Don't worry this will not exist because it just can't happen
2. I purposely got adjustable tips to be universal for E90 and E92/3 I will also be test fitting on an E90, I have an E92
3. Absolutely zero done is hard to say. But I am aiming for extremely minimal drone with the valves closed.
4. I do want to include different versions of tips. Black/Burnt/SS/Carbon Fiber. When I open up the preorders/deposits I'll see what everyone wants and try to deliver accordingly. There will be an up charge though on different tip variations.
5. Personally I am catless with a quad resonator setup on an MPE. I will fit it to my car and also will aim for a Stock e90 with a stock system + My system for comparison.

Also, For people wanting it Black Ceramic Coated or just a nice coat if black on the whole system, I am planning for this to be an option as well.

I'm planning on having the option for it coated black. Read my previous post for more info as well

Also want to note that Bomiz is on a roll and I am very impressed with your follow up on the thread. See a lot if threads like this that turn into nothing and fade out. So far so good. Lets hope the next phase to getting on a car getting some videos and getting it in our hands goes as smooth as you have been so far. Cheers OP, great job. Your follow up and communication could truly be your link to selling a lot of these.

I really appreciate it! I truly love the feedback.

To be completely honest i'd love to learn to fabricate/weld myself and build the system with my own hands.
I always wanted to make a product for the car I love. I see this as a Win-Win situation for myself. The investment isn't enough to break the bank, and i'm learning a bunch along the way.

There's nothing I love more than seeing people happy with my own content/product.

The biggest I know that could fit are 80mm if you stack them side by side with a diffuser.
My friend with a Gintani exhaust had to get rid of his diffuser because it wouldn't fit.
I have 88.9mm tips on my Bimmerworld Street Exhaust (discontinued) and it fits with my Vorsteiner type II diffuser. I think it depends on how the tips are placed. I had another ~88mm tip exhaust that hit diffusers.

Lets get a group buy started for this this thing I have a feeling the next photos are gonna be spot on based on OPs attention to detail. I'm gonna jump the gun so we can keep this thread at the top. I'm gonna work on a custom ashtray mod to hold the controller for opening and closing the valves. Or if we can figure out a way to build this into the extra buttons on the headlight switch would be amazing.

Yeah, you got really lucky, its a hit or miss and not everyone has the same diffuser. What I do notice is that if you go with the largest exhaust tips you can get and have a diffuser the diffuser will end up getting scrape/burn marks on it.

Yea the way binmerworld did it, the tips are much closer than other exhausts whose tips don't fit diffusers. Additionally, I had the shop use spacer washers to lower the tips so they don't touch the diffuser up top

Following, fingers crossed it sounds like Corsa Any word on whether the manufacturers can use helmholtz or reflective cancellation to kill drone?

I was thinking of doing that, but then thought it might make the system too heavy. In a way when the valves are closed it acts somewhat like a helmholtz chamber.

Haha thank you.

For the controller we'll see if we can be creative. Worst case scenario you use some Velcro tape and stick it on the dash
