It's an Arkym replica from JL-Motoring! It's a carbon fiber finish to begin with but I painted it gloss black to match the rest of the car

Thanks! I?m pondering changing the gloss black accents to carbon fiber to accent the wheels more but I?m not 100%. This thread and forum have such excellent examples
