New ESS 600 60-130mph:6.16sec (all time?) World record

Well now that it is official and verified both here but also at 6speed I want to say a big thanks to all the guys in here for their help and support and ofcourse to ESS for sending me such an amazing kit!
I knew the car was way faster than what I had intially achieved as there was massive wheelspin on the stock tyres preventing from using 2nd gear, but last night as soon as I got me a brnad new set of rear 285/30/19 Contis I immediately noticed the vast improvement... Ofcourse I did not expect to do this as I was aiming for a mid-high 6sec run, but I guess life is full of suprises!!!

As I was telling Drew car is exactly the same as in all my last runs, using the same pump gas (94aki) from the exact same gas station near my house and ambient temps were 15C with no wind whatsoever.

What more can I say here...
Car like I said is faster than anything I have achieved before in any of my cars and they were pretty fast as you know!!! Well to be honest it has been running very strong even as completely stock when I got it, so my guess is it is a "factory freak" as I call them...

once again, INSANE times that is RIDICULOUS lol......congrats

seems like ESS has taken the cake in 60-130 and trap speeds at this point lol..so much for "false advertisement" and "underperforming"

That is INCREDIBLE!!

I wonder if some lighter weight 18s with sticky tires can cut that down even more?!

I seriously need a taste of this boost...The only supercharged car I've owned was an R53 Mini Cooper S and it was 100% stock...hahahahahaha

FWIW, when I ran 18's my car ran slower on the Vbox and in "Mexico." Of course conditions may have played a role too, but it always seemend with 19's the car was faster.

Incredible job Costas, congrats! I knew once you were boosted it was just a matter of time. For those who don't know, Costas (Madsex343), holds the E9x M3 NA record as well, he also, I believe, has the fastest 60-130 for a tune, exhaust 997tt.
