No thats just discolored from use. No rust what so ever, its a high quality stainless steel exhaust. I'll have to get back to you about shipping to Canada.

I had this, this is a very nice setup for gentlemen like mod.
not too loud, not too soft. +2 on OEM but not as loud as some other aftermarket.
With a baby this is a perfect equilibrium.
