Need help with codes, DSC/DBC malfunction, then parking light?

Ok, so this morning I turn on my 09 dct m3, and upon first pulling out, get an engine malfunction light, and had DSC and DBC symbol, saying reduced power, drive to Bmw, etc.

I turn car off, and then on again, and those disappear, and a left parking lamp malfunction comes on.

Driving car now, feels fine, other warning lights are gone. Only thing left is parking lamp.

Could a bad lamp temporarily throw those codes? Or do I need to get it checked?

Get the battery checked out. Sounds like a bad or failing battery to me.

Agree with prior post....sounds like a low battery. If the parking light is on and the parking brake is not applied it is most likely the brake pad sensor. When pads get low the sensor touches the rotor and lets you know it's brake pad changing time.

Very interesting that you guys mentioned low battery. I do have a valentine one radar connected with savvy, which connects to the OBD port. It did say that it could be a little bit of a battery drain in the instructions.

Is this possibly a cause?

My left parking lamp is still out, though, says malfunctioning in the iDrive.

Took car in today, BMW said ide actuator fault, and car had a few stored faults such as thermostat, and secondary air fault.
