He was selling a pair of kidney grills. We agreed on $115 shipped and he decided to post a cheaper price ($95 shipped) after we had already made the deal.

I called him out on it and his excuse was that "the deals already done". He said he'd make up for it by expediting shipping so I sucked it up and ate the $20 difference. The receipt pic he sent me said "2-DAY" so didn't think much of it, expecting to have received it yesterday. I ended up tracking the package today and turns out that expedited shipping to him is USPS Priority Mail. Not 2-day like the fucking receipt said (posted below). So now its Friday, 3 days later and the package has yet to arrive.



Just saying. Maybe i'm overreacting but fuck this guy. buyer beware.

Hey guys,

Quick update. Surprise surprise. They don't even fit. I have a 2011 E92 and the post title says '2011+...". Well, it doesnt fit. I called him and to my surprise he answered. I calmly explained the situation and told him I'd ship them back for a refund.

Surprise surprise, he hung up on me and wont answer my calls again. The last thing i can do is share my story here hoping that no one else will buy from this asshat and claim the charge with PayPal.

Anyway, I have a set of 08 gloss black kidney grills for sale.

M3's never got front end LCI. All model years 2008-2013 have the same front end. You should have done a little research before ordering.

Post up in the 3 series form and sell them. I'm sure you'll get most if not all your money back.

Lesson learned. I would have assumed that I would receive the products that were advertised. Kidney grills sell quick so i jumped on them.

Sent a dispute with PayPal. Buyer just reached out to me for a refund. I told him that I'd mail them back once i received payment and not the other way around. He has yet to respond. We'll see. I've escalated it to PayPal also. We'll see what happens.

That price is for one grill not a pair. Also M3s had the same bumper and headlights for all years, never an LCI up front.

I understand. Still $100.00 brand new is still cheaper than $115 used.

Also PayPal has declined my claim. never have i ever had a bad experience buying from the forums.
