Some decent H3 Cornering Lights

So after experimenting with LED setup for the H3 cornering lights, I was disappointed with the lumens that they produce. They were not bright enough for a decent amount of output of light and pretty much made having cornering lights pretty useless.

The OEM ones were yellow and made the car cosmetically pretty ugly.

I decided to go back to the good old days of modding cars with Japanese light bulbs. I finally found a set that I was happy with both the color temperature and output of light.

These new-old stock of Polarg Shining Wizard M-72 Polarg were the ones!
I tried blue eBay H3 bulbs and they burned out after a few months. I'm sure these would last longer being made in Japan.

As you can see they match/compliment the OEM Xenon D1S bulbs.
My angel eyes are a tad tint yellow in the photo but they are actually more visibly white in person.

Just wanted to share my experience with these H3 upgrades as it wasn't really too hot of a topic when I searched for options here on M3post.

Surely enough you could just code out the cornering lights but I decided it was worth keeping them as when turning on a dark/poorly lit road the visibility is pretty bad.

osram also offers a 5000k variant
and if you wanna go higher, piaa is a good choice

Polarg is a decent brand, I'm sure it would last more than a few months. Will keep you posted.

PIAA is great but extremely expensive in Canada.

These Polargs ran me $25, I wanted Osram 5000k but they were nowhere to be found here locally.
