Macht Schnell - Solid Aluminum Subframe Bushing Kit - BMW E82 1M & E9X M3



Created to reduce unwanted flex and as an improvement over the spongy stock bushings, and used on M3 GTS/CRT as well as M5/M6, Macht Schnell’s Solid Aluminum Subframe Bushing kit is just the ticket. Bushings are Machined from 6061-T6 aerospace aluminum to provide a firm, solid suspension mounting point from subframe to vehicle eliminating any flexing which greatly improves feel and handling.

Solid Aluminum Subframe Bushing Kit Features:
- Noticable reduction of lag under launching/shifting
- Zero subframe movement under extreme cornering
- CNC machined from 6061-T6 aerospace aluminum
- Wider footprint allows wider weight distribution/torsional rigidity

- Retains factory lip for removal

A must for aggressive or track driven vehicles, Macht Schnell’s Solid Aluminum Differential Bushing kit reduces unwanted flex and as an improvement over the spongy stock carrier bushings. Bushings are machined from 6061-T6 aerospace aluminum to provide a firm, solid differential mounting point to subframe to vehicle, keeping the tires firmly planted on the ground during launching/shifting and providing maximum energy transfer to the rear wheels – where it counts.

- More energy transfer to rear wheels, compared to stock rubber/foam units
- A must for aggressive or track driven vehicles

Another in-house install on a frozen E90M3 build, which compliment the Ohlins R&T setup nicely:









Once installed, the old bolts are tossed and new fasteners are used (included) to make this a worry-free operation in the future!
