Thanks and no problem with fitment as well, right? The wheels will fit my car, right? Sorry about a stupid question but since the shop asked me I'm unsure and as it is about 2000 EUR I would like to be 100% sure.

As long as you're no lower than ZCP suspension and use stock tire size there should be no problems. I'm not aware of running issues with H&R. If you go up to wider tires like 265 front you may rub in the front fender liner a small amount.

You mentioned tires .. so can I make use of your endless knowledge again please?

Wheels are sorted out. Now tires. Per my knowledge this is what I should buy:

245/35/19 front
265/35/19 rear

am I right? (btw I decided for Michelin PS 4S)

Thank you!

Those are the stock 19'' tire sizes, so they will work fine. PS4S is a good choice for most.

I'm going to have to bow out of the actual sizing discussion as I strictly run 18" rims on all my cars but you can't go wrong with Michelins and stock sizes. They may be difficult to obtain though because of their popularity. If you appreciate the stock look, that sizing is great if you prioritize no rub fitment. My preference and experience may not translate well to your wheel choice.

Here is where the gallery of zcp configurations comes in really handy. And of course your taste in aesthetics, driving habits and feel preference should be accounted for. Enjoy the journey. Trying wheel/tire combinations is my favorite mod. I can wrap my head around that better than endless suspension setting deep dives.

Michelin PS 4S (245/35/19 + 265/35/19) ordered. 10 days wait time. Found out that there is also runflat version but decided to go for non-runflat because weight and noise and comfort. I did right yes or no?

Mission accomplished Thank you for your replies! They were really helpful.

One thing I "discovered" and may be helpful to others:

If you are installing original BMW floating center caps on original BMW ZCP wheels then it does not work as usual (you simply push the cap in). In my case it was impossible to push the caps in. I actually broke one plastic pin on the center cap while installing the first one. Via this method a lot of force is required and that's not good. The solution for me was to use a "plastic (to not scratch wheels) pry tool" (see picture) to bend some pins towards the center of the wheel and like that the installation was smooth. You start to push the cap in by hand, it is not possible because some center cap pins are blocking it, then use the pry tool to bend the pins in and it will easily go in.

Looks great.

It appears that you received the "Premium Touch" version of the PS4s tires for the front, you can tell by the sidewall pattern it doesn't match the rears.

I did the same thing by accident and had to return the fronts to get the correctly matched ones. Depending on your OCD level you can rock it as is since it's a similar tire with a different sidewall design and slightly different tread pattern but I knew it would bother me too much.

In case you want to exchange.

This is the correct Michelin part number for the front: 03744

Oh no

Please tell me also Michelin part number for the rear. It would be helpful to have these two numbers together. Thanks.

One more question if you don't mind. Just saw this on YT. Does the car have the same problem?

I wouldn’t call it a problem, more of a cosmetic thing.

Edit: Upon closer inspection looks like that YouTube car has Pilot Sport Cup 2s in the rear and Pilot Sport 4S premium touch in the front

Looks like that YouTube car has Pilot Super Sports in the rear and Pilot Sport 4S premium touch in the front, rear tires are a whole generation older on that car.
Strange to me that the guy from the video did exactly the same mistake as I (my tire shop) did.

So this is how it should look like. Am I correct?

Good to know

I think that I have decrypted what has happened in my case.

What I have on my fronts:
https://www.tyrelabelling.eu/EU/2020...216_fcs_en.pdf
(version for Hyundai...)

What I should have on my fronts:
https://www.tyrelabelling.eu/EU/2020...217_fcs_en.pdf

I believe that the HN (Hyundai version) is the root cause. The HN is also on my invoice from the tire shop. I let the shop know as this seems to me as a mistake on their end, they simply bought a wrong version. We will see. But I don't want a Hyundai tire

I would go with stock silver and the new Continental SportContact 7 that is an absolut bargain compared to the MPS4 and seems superior in every test I have seen.
