Ever since BMW published their S65 clearance specs it's a no-brainer to change the bearings if you plan on keeping the car for a decent amount of time. Bought mine at 57k and currently having them done @ 60k. It's literally a pure gamble (due to tolerance stacking) how your bearings will wear. Where did this come from? Link? As far as I know, BMW has never published this spec. I've got 2019 version of ISTA, and it's still not published in there.
