DCT software & reset

When changing DCT software, is a full reset (clutch, torque characteristic, slip points, etc) required?

I recently changed the DCT software from stock to GTS ver., and have been very satisfied with it for about 20 track days.

Meanwhile, due to some problems, the software was changed to EURO ver.
However, after changing to EURO ver., the shifting speed while driving on the track became very slower than stock ver., especially when downshifting.

So, I performed a clutch adaptation, but it didn't make any difference.

Is a full reset process necessary when changing DCT software?
