Turn the radio up or roll the windows down. The noise will go away.

I have what I think is a similar, if not the same noise. I find that I get it most when travelling over roads that are a little roughly textured. If I put pressure on the plastic trim piece that goes around the instrument cluster, it goes away. I need to remove the cluster and see if something is back there. It's just too damn hot and humid to sit inside the car and fiddle with it. It is super annoying though.

Will do - if I get some time today or this weekend I will remove the cluster and see what I can do.
