Strange that with my 09 MDCT where I initially ran constantly into the lag and found it even dangerous, that lately I seem to experience it alot less often and when I do, it's alot less serious. I totally credit me getting used to avoiding the exact situation ... subconsciously I just seem to not get into the 2nd gear lag situation.
On another note at 2200 miles, I am using the M button and the manual shift... and it transforms the m3 into a whole new expereince.... wtih these two modes, the car is a marvel of engineering... just pure raging fun. |

It's not as bad in manual mode. It's the auto mode where it's so bad, its dangerous.

Let me get this straight... You are swapping out parts designed by some of the top engineers in the world because some guys sponsored by a company told you it's "better??" But when you ask the same guy about tracking, "oh no, I have a kid now" or "I just detailed my car." or "i just got new tires."
