This thread is 2 years old. The only factory E9xM3 6MT ratio was 3.85. Essentially the same diff was used in the E46 M3 6MT and is 3.62. I don’t know if the whole diff bolts in or whether you would have to put its guts into your diff but it should not be hard to determine that. The next choice is the E9xM3 DCT diff at 3.15.
