Ess650 car wanting to drive NA for 1/8 mile comparison

So i have a question that i can't find research on.
I'd like to do some 1/8 mile times NA On my ESS650 m3.
If i disconnect the charge pipe. Put a pod filter on the intake manifold/plenum and put my N/A tune in the car. Will it work as NA? Blower will still be blowing compressed air however it would be disconnected from the manifold
I do have the upgraded injectors from the ess kit. However I'm just curious on if it's possible.

To simplify:
Disconnect charge pipe from manifold
Put filter on manifold
Leave blower in working order, just disconnected from manifold
Stock NA tune with bigger injectors

I'd rather ask before either doing something that may be genius or pretty dumb.
I have a tablet so i can change tunes whenever i want only takes 3 min

The reason is that I'm wanting to compare N/A to supercharged times. Without dismantling a whole supercharger kit.

Bad idea IMO. There is a certain amount of power loss as a result of the mechanical resistance added by the blower so I don't think you would get a very accurate comparison anyways.
