2010 E90 M3 - Alpine White over Black Novillo Extended Leather, 49,9XX miles
2010 E90 M3 - Alpine White w/ Black Novillo Extended Leather, DCT Mileage: 49,9XX VIN: WBSPM9C59AE202332 The car has the following packages & features (see photo of original window sticker): Cold Weather Package Premium Package Technology Package It also has the following features: M Double-clutch transmission, enhanced premium sound, alarm system, power adjustable rear sunshade & manual side rear sunshades, moonroof, park distance control. Condition: I am the second owner and the car has been meticulously maintained and serviced exclusively at BMW of Alexandria and German Auto Group of Alexandria. I have complete service documentation since I purchased the car in June 2016, including the PPI that was performed before I acquired the car from the original owner. There are a few minor dings & scratches on the car, as well as curb rash on two wheels and some minor indentations on the passenger side front and rear seats (I have a lot of photos to illustrate the condition). I tracked the car on four occasions at HPDE events. Oil was last changed on 6/24/20 and new brake pads & rotors were installed on 10/10/20. Both throttle actuators were replaced on 4/11/2019. Rod Bearings have not been replaced (when I have inquired, neither shop that services my car has recommended I do it). Please feel free to PM me for more information, photos, & an AutoCheck report. Additionally, if you are out of state, I am glad to do a FaceTime walk around or a PPI (at the buyers expense). I have clean Virginia title in hand and I am open to reasonable offers. I believe this is the E90 that was just on Cars&Bids, no?

You are correct, the auction for my car on Cars & Bids ended today. The write-up and 100+ photos are still up on their website. I enjoyed Cars & Bids, but I think it can be a hit or miss type of deal for selling cars like this.

Very nice, this should go quick for a sub 50k loaded example in good condition.

Jnas96 from C&B here! Happy to see the car listed.
Had a change of plans and will be driving my 997 up to DC next weekend (arrival Saturday mid day and fly out Sunday afternoon). If this car isn't sold by the end of the month, I'd be happy to discuss a possible trade if that's something that you're interested in (I know my cars not exactly what you're looking for). Let me know |

Jnas,
Good to hear from you again. I'm happy to show you the car if you're interested when you come up to D.C. next weekend if I am in town (I *might* have to be out of town). I appreciate the offer of the trade, but I think I might be looking for something a bit different than your 997. Send me a PM if you want to talk more. |

Have you advertised this car outside of the forums? Your price is very reasonable (frankly I think you could get more) but I don't see this car appearing on Cargurus or Autotrader or any other sites.
Spend the extra money to advertise and I think you'll get a hit. You should be able to get $30k for this with under 50K miles, only 2 owners and a loaded spec, this car would make a great daily. GLWS

The car is currently listed on Cars.com. I've received some interest there as well and here is the link to the listing: https://www.cars.com/vehicledetail/d...iyListing=true
The reason why I am not listing it for more is that I did track the car and there is an accident that appears on the AutoCheck and Carfax report. The accident is a non-issue in my view as I investigated it when I purchased the car, but buyers can only take my word at face value so I discounted a little bit which I thought seemed appropriate. You might be right but I did not get a whole lot of interest in it for the first few weeks it was listed here and on Cars.com. However, I'm not sure what happened, but I am getting a lot of interest now.

Not sure why you are getting a lot of interest now, but with the holidays in full swing you will probably continue to see big swings in interest.
You have priced it correctly, and 6 months ago when I was looking and could not find a clean E90 in the DC area, I'd have already called you to arrange a PPI and buy your car. In fact, I looked at a 2009 E90 M3 in Bethesda, MD and liked it, but decided not to make an offer since it did not have all the options I wanted. Having said that, even with 30k more miles on my E90 M3 and RB replacement in my future, I am pretty OK with how things worked out You won't need it, but GLWS!
